The concept behind WFM is to provide mums with a high level quality fitness session without the guilt, anxiety and cost of leaving your child with a minder. The group is supportive and promotes a healthy active life whilst bonding with your little ones.
You will work closely with Anti natal coach and active mummy Jodie Bell. She aims to educate, encourage and motivate mums to live an optimum life with their little ones. Jodie wants to guide mums to be healthier, fitter and happier for life. The sessions create positivity and empower women to be confident and strong.
Each session focuses on burning fat, creating muscle tone and most importantly getting those endorphin's flowing around the body. Mums will gain confidence and feel energised from exercising with like-minded ladies. The WFM sessions are very welcoming and offer a chance to focus on the mothers’ well-being and create a healthy lifestyle.
