Belly Basic / Basic + Certificate Course
The Basic / Basic + Course are the first step into the world of Belly Dance, it requires no prior dance experience. Candidates are taken through an easy to follow 10-session regime where they're introduced to steps that form the foundation of Belly Dance. As part of the course, you're also taught one choreography. The Basic + builds on the Basic Course and teaches slightly more complex moves in a 10-session routine. Moves like 'Hip Circle', 'Egyptian Shimmy', 'Camel' etc are taught.
Belly Intermediate / Intermediate + |
The Belly Intermediate and Intermediate + are again 10-session courses. Again, students with little to no dance experience may sign up. The Intermediate levels will teach moves like 'Wheel', '3-and-a-half Shimmy', 'One-legged shimmy', 'Swass Pull' etc. These courses also come with one choreography each.
Belly Expert / Expert +
The Belly Expert and Expert + are 12-session courses. Both these require the student to have prior Belly Dance training or she must go through the Intermediate Course before signing up. However, the instructor may see the student's skill-set and enroll her based on that. As with all courses, students get to learn one choreography. The Expert & Expert + courses teaches advance isolations and prepare the student for performing various moves like 'Belly Rolls', 'Belly Flutter', 'Harem Techniques' etc.
Belly Professional I |
This series of courses are for students interested in learning Belly Dance on a professional level - ideal for stage shows and also for imparting training. This rigorous 16-session course enables the student to not only learn complex moves but also master and use these techniques in variations and combinations which will help them make their own choreographies. Use of props is given special attention. At the end of course, students get to learn two choreographies and a
