Wild Ginger is a family owned and operated restaurant. Father/ daughter, David and Kathy Gee collaborated to infuse their take on Asian/ Asian Fusion cuisine; old school meets new school. Together, the dynamic duo will have your taste buds asking for more.
David was born in Canton, China and emigrated to the United States at the age of 9. His father opened up a restaurant in Ohio, where he grew up and learned all of the family secret recipes for a successful restaurant.
Kathy was born in 1989, and moved to Arizona in 1994 with her family, where they opened up their first restaurant in Chandler, AZ. By the age of 10, Kathy was learning all the traits of the food industry, and fell in love with the art of food.
Both taught by their fathers, they continued to grow their love for food and expand their knowledge. Now they want to share their passion with the world.
