|About||This is a page to represent the Cecil Andrews College First Robotics Team located in Seville Grove, Western Australia.|
To promote STEM learning in our education community and networks and to create sustained excitement about learning through Robotics and associated technologies.
Gracious Professionalism is part of the ethos of FIRST®. It's a way of doing things that encourages high-quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community.
The Cecil Andrews College (CAC) ‘Wilder Wolves’ FIRST® Robotics Competition Team is in its second year after a successful debut in 2017 at the South Pacific Regional Competition Competition in Sydney. The Wilder Wolves are 15 years 9-11 students, parents, mentors, and coaches who meet every week to develop the team and develop skills. We also have 2 FIRST® Lego League Teams with 20 Year 7-8 students preparing for State Competition as part of the broader CAC Robotics Program.

FIRST stands for ‘For Inspiration and Recognition in Science and Technology’
FIRST® Robotics Competition is a robotics competition, not a robot-fighting contest (everyone asks…). FIRST® Robotics Competition games are designed to be like team sports, and robots are not supposed to be intentionally harmed. FIRST® Robotics Competition teams are guided by solid principles of teamwork, graciousness, cooperation, camaraderie and professionalism. - READ MORE firstaustralia.org
