In 2019, owners Chuck Kruger and Chris Tuell worked for a midsize HVAC company that was acquired by a large corporate company from Texas. They experienced firsthand that large company values often put profit before the customer. Strong family values and a commitment to quality workmanship are what drove them to leave this large company and start Winters.
