Woodlawn Farm has been operated by the Meyers family for over 60 years. The butcher shop was added after J. Keith and Betty Meyers saw a need for it in their community. The butcher shop was open for 41 years at which point the family decided to close their doors. After much consideration and realizing the desire for fresh local meat is still a need in the community, the family is excited to officially re-open.
At this time we are offering custom butchering and processing. We also offer private labeling. We can provide you with beef by the quarter, half, or whole, and hogs by the half or whole. Unfortunately, at this time we will not be able to sell by the piece. Our goal is to eventually re-open the store front where you will be able to purchase smaller quantities of meat. Woodlawn Butcher Shop is USDA inspected and kills beef, hogs, and lambs.
