Description WyldLife will empower you to really own your body and know your own strength. Together we are building a community of likeminded people bonded together through the exhilaration of training outdoors and feeling stronger come rain or shine. Sun kissed, mud splattered, sweating or soaked - training outdoors is a beautiful thing. We strive to reconnect your mind, strengthen your body and reenergise your soul through 1:1 Personal training and outdoor group fitness training focusing on fat loss, building strength and a social community spirit.

The programmed sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and consist of:

Total Body Workout (TBW) 60 mins. A comprehensive all over body training session to boost fat loss, tone and strengthen your body. Expect to work hard!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 45mins.Timed bursts of exercises to encourage max effort and results. Metabolic conditioning to melt fat and increase cardio output.

Body Development’s Focused Interval Training (BD FIT) A programmed session to focus your mind and body to work to the max. *certified to coach by Body Development (winner of Best Independent gym 2016)

Strength and Conditioning (S+C) Predominantly weights based session to build strength, muscle and tone.

Gloved Up. Boxing gloves and pad work drills combined with body weight exercise to build strength, improve stamina and raise your fat burning potential.

Fat Loss
We support fat loss with nutritional advice and accountability. We offer body composition scans which detail your calorific goals and actual body fat % - which we then work together with you to reduce.

Building Muscle
Whether you want to increase muscle gains or create a toned strong physic, increasing lean muscle mass will improve strength and make you look and feel great. Body composition scans will again give you quantifiable goals to strive for and smash.
