How often do we put ourselves on auto-pilot and go through our day, without paying any attention to the people around us, or to ourselves? We become so conditioned by our habits, that we may be just going through the motions and not even realizing what we are missing. There is so much MORE to life than meets the eye.
Pay attention. Look at people. Really listen. Practicing mindfulness in your day to day life can be as simple as eating slower and tasting your food, or looking at people when asking how they are and listening to their reply.
Practicing yoga on a regular basis can help you feel better physically & mentally. It can help to calm your mind, center yourself, and be more aware of your surroundings. All the tools you need in life you already have, yoga shows you how to access them and how to use them.
