Yoga on Water was founded by PIF Master Trainer , 200RYT Michele Colombe
Basic Stand up paddle boarding & a Gentle Sup Yoga class We will begin with a short briefing that covers water safety, proper stance and form for balance and confidence on the board. Demonstrate proper water entry on board and then practice basic paddling techniques while on the water. We will paddle into our Gentle Yoga class where we will move at a gentle pace as we balance the mind and body through breathing techniques, and asanas in this Hatha style class. Slowly release tension, free the joints, cleanse the body, and enable the mind to be quiet. Experience quiet relaxation on your board as you breathe in the fresh air, feel the soft breeze through your hair and gentle kiss of the sun on your skin
SUP Yoga Classes will be instructed by Michele Colombe- 200 RYT from Hot Spot School of Yoga, World Paddle Association/WPA Level 2 certified,
Master Trainer Paddle Fitness certified, SUP Yoga certified.
SUP boards, paddles (oars), U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices (PFD), & support equipment will be provided for the class. All students must know how to swim and be comfortable in and near water. All you need to do is show up with your sunscreen and a Smile
No matter what your experience or level of fitness, you will be paddling and balancing by the end of your very first class!
