My goal is to help you find your best self! How? By grounding yourself and reconnecting with what makes you YOU. My extensive background and training in Western anatomy and physiology combined with the Eastern wisdom and traditional teachings I learned while in India gives me a diverse background to draw from when creating yoga classes tailored to your specific needs.
As a yoga teacher, it is my desire that every student leaves my class feeling grounded and encouraged. By incorporating adjustments, variations, pranayama techniques, and mindfulness practices into my classes, I give each student the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, so that they can live with more joy and authenticity, both on and off the mat.
