I teach a dynamic slow form of hatha yoga, which helps students focus on breath, movement and healthy alignment. All levels and abilities, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, are welcome in my classes where different variations and options will be offered.
My passion for teaching yoga stems from my own yoga practice and the transformative effect it has had on my life.
I teach in Bude, North Cornwall, and the surrounding areas. I believe that practicing yoga regularly helps you to not only improve your strength, balance and flexibility, but to also create some space and clarity in your thoughts and your mind.
