Spray Polyurethane Foam

SPF commercial roof material is an eco-friendly roofing material used on commercial, industrial, and manufacturing structures. It is a liquid that is sprayed on, then expands as it turns into foam and creates a solid layer. When SPF commercial roofing is installed correctly and recommended maintenance is followed, it has a lifespan of 50 years or more.

SPF commercial roofing is energy efficient, offers a high rated R-value, and provides a moisture barrier. This durable material contracts and expands with the structure and the temperature, and as a solid surface, there aren’t any seams to be concerned with leaking. An environmentally friendly material because it can be installed on top of the existing roof, eliminating the need for tear-off materials to the landfill.
