Yoga and Mindfulness for Middleschool Youth is an engaging and non-competitive way to support the mental, physical, social and emotional health of your 10 - 14 year olds. Yoga postures, pranayama, and mindfulness practices presented will help develop body awareness, concentration and coordination as well as teach skills to relax, energize and cope with stress and social pressures.
We will incorporate games, discussion and there we will make eye pillows, mala beads and learn about Mandalas 🙏☺️
$95 for 5 week series, $20 per class (must pre-register)
