Tom Goss, one of the country’s most acclaimed gay singer-songwriters, returns to Dallas with his new show, “Songs & Stories,” for one night only at the Interfaith Peace Chapel at Cathedral of Hope on Sunday, April 15 at 7:00 pm. Doors 6:30. Open to the public. Donations welcome.
Goss is known for his music videos 'Bears,' 'Son of a Preacher Man,' 'Breath and Sound,' 'Gay Christmas,' and 'Illuminate the Dark.' His songs have been called “moving and incredible' (Huffington Post), “hauntingly beautiful' (Out), and 'beautifully composed' (The Daily Beast). He has shared the stage with Andy Grammer, Martha Wash, and Taylor Dayne, among others.
For his first Dallas show in nearly four years, Goss has created a unique evening of his music, a mix of tender love songs and high-energy acoustic pop. Weaving stories from his own life’s journey—from college wrestler to Catholic seminarian to award-winning gay recording artist—with a wide selection of songs, Goss leads the audience on an engaging and often humorous exploration of the intersections of family, love, faith and sexuality.
