Hot Stone Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga in which the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures while the mind is invited to slow down. The result is a state of relaxation much deeper than traditional sleep. Enjoy this relaxing journey as heated basalt stones are gently placed on energy points of your body, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension. Prepare to feel completely nurtured in this 90-minute workshop. No previous yoga experience required.
