Joining us will be representatives from the Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota. CUB is a nonprofit that helps Minnesota consumers with energy-related issues, provides free one-on-one utility bill consultations and gives customized advice on how to reduce your energy bills. CUB will be available for consultations before the program. Appointments are required. Please book your appointment here and remember to bring along a recent bill from Xcel.
The evening is primarily intended for customers of Xcel Energy.
The agenda includes brief informational talks from experts about rooftop solar for homeowners; Community Solar Gardens as an option for renters or homeowners that doesn’t require panel installation; energy efficiency; and ways to reduce your electricity bill.
