Erica Price, born and raised in South Florida, is the third generation of realtors in her family. Growing up in the world of real estate, Erica holds a unique foundation for all aspects of the business. Prior to being licensed, Erica began her real estate career at The Keyes Company, assisting in day-to-day transactions, as well as playing a key role during foreclosure period. After relocating to North Carolina, Erica utilized her experience and talents to negotiate leases and lead a team of leasing agents. Erica applies her past leadership experience and work ethic as she returns to the Keyes Company. Erica has joined a team consistently in the top 1% in sales volume. She has leveraged her local expertise with global connections through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Her knowledge is apparent through the well-conceived marketing plans she has developed. Erica’s innate desire to help her buyers locate their perfect home, match and assist sellers in their successful sale, set her apart from the rest. Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as sharing her passion of fitness and healthy living. She can often be found on her off time competing in Spartan races, Fitness competitions and 5K’s.
