Oceana Samui Charters was founded in 2013 by Owner Rhys Dixon and later partnered with Chawarit Somjai in 2015. Contracted solely to the Conrad Koh Samui Resort & Spa as the exclusive onsite Tour Operator and Management company of the Conrad daily speedboat shuttle we have had the opportunity to observe and perfect our operation to a standard that every five star resort guest expects.
