The mission of Pacolet Fitness is to promote a healthier community.
Group Personal Training sessions have a strength element and strength and conditioning element. Each day is a different workout. The exercises are functional and will improve your overall fitness.
HIIT training is High Intensity Interval Training. Each session last 30 minutes. It helps burn fat and maintain muscle. Come try it out.
We also offer open gym during the hours we are open.
Stop by and try a FREE training session today. There are morning and evening sessions. There is no contract.
Youth training sessions are offered to youth ages 9-13. These training session will improve there overall fitness by working on their mobility, cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength.
