Noodle is a device based on Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation or TENS technology.

The technology produces small electrical currents that help relieve the pain. The sensation is purely vibrational and nothing more. So, when you apply Noodle to the skin, you feel light vibrations through the electrodes found at the bottom of the device. It takes 25 to 35 seconds to numb the area, and remains numb for about a minute. This is enough time for injecting and for the skin to regain its sensory abilities.
