During the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training students will learn how to practice and teach yoga asanas, anatomy of the asana, Hatha Yoga Philosophy, proper adjustments of the postures, as well as practice and develop confidence in personal teaching style. Students will learn how to develop and teach Yoga with intention to unite body, mind and soul, using traditional Hatha Asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation.
