Each class is built around dynamic energy, and an accelerated training style that makes learning fun and easily retained. We offer a program for everyone - - including, Taekwondo / Karate, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing and even a Pre-Karate Kubs for the young ones!
