Total Fitness Clare is ran by Derek Dinan, a qualified personal trainer who has extensive experience, knowledge and qualifications in the fitness industry.
Total Fitness Clare is more than a bootcamp or circuit class, it's a community of support, education, and encouragement to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.
We cut away all the frills and bulls**t that is the fitness industry today and we make fitness simple and most of all sustainable.
All our workouts are done in a group environment where anyone, of all fitness levels can participate together as we can scale and modify all our workouts so everyone is working to their maximum capacity levels.
In addition to group training Total Fitness Clare offers Personal one to one training. This involves meeting clients in their home, assessing their goals and creating an effective training plan every four weeks. At the beginning of each four week block, measurements are taken and results will speak for themselves.
