Our community classes are held Fridays at Light in Being-Alexander Technique studio, 200 council street. We start at 3 and end at 4pm.
This weekly Alexander Technique class is for Faculty, Staff, Students, and the community at large. Donations are appreciated.

Do you ever feel stuck? Like you're not progressing into being all you know yourself to be? Not yet living your potential you know to be possible?
Are you stressed and pressed for time? Always rushing and never feeling complete?
Have you ever considered the importance of your role in all of this? As in the impact of how you use your whole self (mind, body, soul) has on these things?
PAUSE! Take a breather, a moment to JUST BE as we explore these and other ideas together through fun and practical activities related to your daily ones!
