Open meditation is an unguided, self-meditation in our spacious and serene Gathering Room.

Spend your lunchtime exploring the benefits of meditation.

You can meditate silently or plug in your earbuds and listen to your favorite online guided meditations or etherial sounds.

We will provide the space along with the cushions or the chair.

You can arrive or leave anytime throughout the hour. All levels welcome.

Cost: Voluntary Donation

Every Monday & Friday from 11:30 - 12:30.
