À propos de nous What does forgiveness look like to you?
F-You: The Forgiveness Project cover
Mission The Forgiveness Project is an inviting, tell-all event that aligns personal growth with self-improvement. This event has the potential to impact our community and young adults by way of real-life portrayals of hardships, and overcoming barriers that at one point seemed insurmountable. Hearing first-hand trials and tribulations from people just like us can open the door to inspiration and the motivation to do better and most importantly, feel better.
Description The FYOU Project is an acclaimed youth-led organization that focuses on asking "What do forgiveness look like in your life?".
FYOU has been featured on MTV, CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail, The Star and many more media outlets for the innovative theories on healing our culture.
Honneurs F-You is definitely an integral part of Toronto's community, and an example of community working together to erase negativity and inspire healing, and at that, has such a broad scope in the artistic community, it touches so many people. I would like to see F-You be a cross-country event that travels to the major cities, and teach these cities how to involve key influential figure in media the way that it does now. -Attendee, 29

“Forgiveness is not permission, or predisposed justification — it’s the release of detrimental feelings, thoughts and emotions that can consume us.

F-You: The Forgiveness Project is an impassioned and inspiring event, featuring speakers who have overstepped the line between being a victim and being a survivor in the face of their own internal adversities.

F-You: The Forgiveness Project is a community outreach program spearheaded by Tara Muldoon and geared towards creating an understanding of mental health.”

"Forgiveness or a lack thereof has effected many of us, including myself. With that being said, I’m incredibly proud of Tara and her team for creating such an inspirational and much needed initiative." - Ajani Charles, celebrity photographer

"This Project has taught me that hurt people hurt people"- 16 year old attendee

I really enjoyed the event on Wednesday night and found it very inspiring not only for youth but also for the Youth Workers and adults to really think about the power of forgiveness and how it can play a huge role in you relieving mental stress and enabling growth. - Youth Worker, Jane/Finch Community
