In addition, for projects which have been designed by our architecture firm, we offer the option of retaining Hazlett & Mertz LLC, under a separate Agreement, to serve as a Project Manager for the construction phase. This eliminates the need for a General Contractor and, in most cases, reduces construction costs for our clients.
