Kundalini Yoga Leeds is a North Leeds Yoga studio set up in 2022 with a focus on Yoga for men. Mark Franklin has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2014 when he came accross Kundalini when he was researching breathwork to help his counselling clients to self regulate. My teacher is Guru Singh who I met in British Columbia, Canada in 2018 when I attended my first Kundalini Mens camp.
