it was well worth it. We got there about 30 minutes before it opened which I would highly suggest. We waited close to an hour total (30 minutes before and then we were in the second wave of seating once it opened). You only have to physically stand in line until the place opens, and then you can put in your name at the kiosk for them to text you when your order is ready. The place is in a strip mall, which was nice so we stopped by a couple shops while we were waiting.
Once we got in, we ordered the gyoza and the chicken ramen. the gyoza were tiny and crispy, just the way we like them. Those came first, and then our ramen came out after. The ramen came out in a massive bowl covered in green onions and you could see the red spice sizzling at the top. We have been to Japan a couple times and this place is comparable in quality and taste!
