Charles Ramsay grew up in the historic section of Charleston South Carolina. He was a 4th generation Realtor (Charles Ramsay Real Estate of San Marcos est. 1898) and a Former General Contractor for 20 years,

Charles is a Licensed Paramedic, a father, a husband, and also a triathlete. He has a Psychology degree with a focus in negotiation strategy and customer satisfaction. He is Looking for people whom he can help succeed. He believes in the highest level of service with regard to the achievement of the goal.

He was an accomplished fourth-generation Realtor with over 20 years of experience in professional negotiations, conflict resolution, and business management.

Previously as Administrator of Breitenbush Hot Springs, and now as an experienced Real Estate Broker, He is now one of the most dedicated Portland Eastside real estate agents living a life of service, integrity, and awareness to provide the best possible demand outcome for his clients.
