Our mission is to enhance the quality of life through health education, nutrition and personal fitness.

Description

The foundation of the company was built on the iRebel concept. iRebel is an abbreviation for I Reach Excellence Beyond Expected Levels and is a mentality that Rebel Fit trainers instill in our clients. We not only help clients them achieve their goals but create programs in a structured, safe and supportive environment to help surpass them. Our well-executed programs consist of functional, cardiovascular and resistance training with a strong emphasis on proper nutrition.

What makes us different? We’ve walked in our clients shoes and understand the struggles of consistency, lack of time, motivation, familiarity with equipment and training to have the confidence needed to reach their goals. Whatever that goal may be, we want clients to enjoy the process while reaching their maximum potential.
