Way Finder Cleaning was started in 2018 by Brittany Wild. Brittany has a passion for homes and a love for organizing, cleaning, and Feng Shui design. Her first professional cleaning job was in 2001 on the Big Island of Hawaii where she cleaned a couple private homes on a regular basis. As a young mom, she would take her infant son with her while she cleaned. This gave her the opportunity to work while caring for her son.
Brittany came back to Colorado to earn a degree in Education. She worked as an elementary school teacher for a few years, then found herself working in quality control. For eight years, she worked as laboratory technician and Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor at a dairy plant in Colorado. The following two years, she was the Quality & Regulatory manager for a sunscreen and cosmetic manufacturer.
After ten years in quality control, it was time for a change. Brittany moved with her two children back to her childhood home in Estes Park. Excited for a new chapter in her life, she began teaching yoga classes at Estes Park Yoga, and shortly after, in 2018, she was offered an opportunity that changed her career path.
Matty also has a background in quality assurance. He worked as Quality Control Coordinator for one of the largest shipping and receiving companies in the US. In the years following, he started up a handful of successful businesses of his own, from painting and construction, and retail to business consulting.
When Brittany and Matty met in the fall of 2018, he saw the demand that Brittany was receiving for her cleaning services and began coaching her on how to run her own small business. In 2021, he decided to make the shift from his job as an air-cooled automotive service tech, to join Way Finder Cleaning Services full time. Since then, the small business has grown into the largest and most trusted cleaning company in Estes Park!
