I help women make aligned decisions by shifting their focus inward & connecting with their voice, truth, & intuition.
I incorporate strengths based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed care into my practice. I also believe that building awareness around the connection between our mind and body is necessary to heal.
Transparency, honesty, and compassion are key components in my work; I will guide you and will also “call you out” (with compassion and humor) to make sure you are on track to finding your truth.
