Our Mission is to connect and educate as many people with the sickle cell trait who may be at risk for Renal Medullary Carcinoma. This is an extremely rare and aggressive form of Kidney Cancer. Please seek additional urological testing if you have the trait. Heighten Awareness could potentially save or prolong a young person's life.
The Chris "CJ" Johnson Foundation, established in 2013, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Sugar Land, Texas. The primary goal of the foundation is to increase awareness of Renal a Medullary Carcinoma (RMC), while focusing on individuals who may be at risk for this rare and aggressive cancer. In addition, the foundation will offer support to MD Anderson Hospital to further research of RMC. Donations/Grants will also be utilized to assist clients with the cost of diagnostic testing.
