I am a Personal Trainer and Online Coach from West Yorkshire and I’m based in JD Gyms Batley.
A Little bit about me! I have just finished studying criminology at university but whilst there I soon realised that I have a passion for training and helping others, and this was something I wanted to pursue a career in!
All my life I have struggled with my weight and tried every fad diet to try to lose the weight and had no success! In 2018 I wasn’t happy and I finally decided that enough was enough and begun my fat loss journey through exercise and a healthy balanced diet and it changed my life.
