Pat Wilson will present a Musical Theatre workshop aiming at bringing your character to life, and acting through singing. Pat Wilson is a singer, pianist, actress, teacher, vocal coach, author, composer, lyricist and musical director in theatre. She has sung and played in more piano bars than she can name, composed much original music for television and theatre, and co-written and performed original and satirical revues with her friend and partner, Adrian Barnes. She has a master’s Degree in Applied Science for her research into singing at the University of Sydney. Pat was also a vocal coach for the Children’s television show, HI 5. As well as teaching in the Drama Centre at Flinders University, Pat also teaches in her own studio in Adelaide. Her specialisation is teaching singers to act and actors to sing. – preparing performers for professional music theatre.
