THE GENTLEMAN’S YOGA CLASS
(and Ladies too)

Many people do not realize that yoga was originally designed by men for men. In Western culture, yoga has become a female-dominated activity. Many men are interested in yoga but may be reluctant to go to a class with a group of young,
fit, flexible females.
This class will focus on the issues of the male physical structure and patterns of alignment. Target objectives include: relieving chronic back pain, increasing flexibility, and reducing stress.
Some of the target areas include: hamstrings, shoulders, the back body and feet. The Gentleman’s class is a good way to cross-train or just to switch up your workouts.
Ladies are welcome to attend if you wish to join the gentlemen in their quest.
