Descrizione Boxercise is a great physical exercise and can be tailored to any event. If you want a boot camp session, cardiovascular, conditioning or team event then I can cater for all. If you want to tie it to a theme be that fancy dress or hen party just let me know and I can design the session to fit your theme, company team building exercise or individual personality. Come and have a great workout in a fun atmosphere. Basic price starts at £50 for a maximum of 10 at DanSci, Dance Studio, 2 Guinea Street, Exeter or £70 for a larger venue at Exeter Sports Academy, Marsh Barton, Exeter with a maximum of 20 people.

I also teach Boxercise classes 3 times a week. Thursdays at 8pm and Saturdays at 10am at Exeter Sports Academy, Marsh Barton or Sundays 10am at DanSci Dance Studio, 2 Guinea Street, Exeter. £5 per session and all equipment provided.
