The Law Firm of Gershberg & Associates, LLC (the “Firm”) has been in existence since 1985, providing legal services to the communities in and around the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Unlike other small firms, we provide services in a wide range of legal areas including estate planning, business transactions and organization, corporate law, immigration, personal injury, and litigation. The Firm’s goal is to zealously represent it’s clients by educating, advising, implementing and sustaining a value added service which provides the client with “peace of mind”. Richard L. Gershberg, founder, Senior Partner and Manager, leads a team of dedicated paralegals and legal assistants, who embody the Firm’s Mission.
