My name is Jacqui and I am a qualified massage therapist. I became interested in massage when I suffered from a medical condition which causes chronic pain and painkillers were not helping. I then tried a massage and found that it helped with the pain.
During the first lockdown in 2020, I decided to start an online course in massage through the Skills Academy to help me understand more about how massage works and what the benefits are. In 2021 I started training with The Guild of Beauty Therapists for my qualification in Body Massage and qualified in January 2022. I then decided to complete my Hot Stone qualification in July 2022, also through The Guild of Beauty Therapists.
