Descrizione K.G. Plast is a unit of North West Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. The company was incorporated in New Delhi in 1997.
The Company has interest in Extrusion and Thermoforming. K.G. Plast is operating from its head office at 802 --- 803, GDITL Towers, B-8 Netaji Subhash Place, Ring Road, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 and its factory is located at Narela in Delhi.
The company aims at providing quality products through the latest installed state of art manufacturing facilities. Company has in-house Research and development division backed by highly technical support services.

MACHINERY

The company has latest technology based multilayered co-extrusion plant and heavy-duty thermoforming machines. The plant is automatic and microprocessor based for best process control.



(A) Extruder :

The multilayered co-extrusion line has most feedblock arrangement that gives better product uniformity. A synchronization process control sysi, have consistency in product.



(B) Thermoforming :

The machines are mechanically driven by high-speed taitonmtic pressure farmers.The machines offer high otaput k Lipticth on account of fast cycling.


(C) Printing :

The machine has been built for continuous and demanding, print shop requirements. These machines provide high level of precision printing with 6 color dry offset. The machine has UV - OMC curing system that cures container on their mandrels prior to ejeciion.
