There are many flooring surfaces that can be stripped & waxed. One of the most common surfaces is Vinyl Composition Tile or VCT. VCT flooring is frequently found in medical offices, commercial buildings, day cares, churches, veterinary clinics, apartment club houses as well as residential homes. VCT tile is a hard durable surface made to withstand high traffic and last for years with a proper maintenance program. Proper maintenance starts with stripping & waxing the floors at least once a year and possibly more often depending on the amount of foot traffic in the building.
