Lizzy is an Osteopath with a can-do attitude and a thirst for learning which never seems to quench. A bayside local now providing services directly to stunning Sandringham & the surrounding suburbs, Lizzy is a practitioner with years of experience. After 5 years at university and in addition to her clinical practice, she went on to complete a 2 year comprehensive rehabilitation course with world-renowned Polestar Pilates. This has resulted in a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement assessment (whether it is gym-based exercises or movement involved with work, sport or everyday life). She will work to dissect movement patterns and assist the patient in understanding any dysfunction, coming up with a plan for what may be required to create better function.
