The appetizer of the special Secrets menu is home-made ravioli with chicken, eggplant, Parmesan cheese and gremolata, a mix of wonderful herbs and garlic. Porcini soup with grilled scallops and green asparagus is next, followed by veal cheeks in their own gravy, spinach, mushrooms and truffles and a Chef's surprise for dessert.
