It's almost Summer, time to make your fitness a reality. Our Triple Threat Fitness class will get and keep you in shape. Join the group Tue, Thu and Fri mornings 5:30-6:30am at The GYM. Our all level fitness class will take you INDOOR and OUT, at YOUR pace, for a great organized workout with the proven leaders in Fitness on The Beach.
