We welcome you to an intentional evening of meditation, sound healing and dance with WindSong Movement. The sacred sound of mantras from many cultures, classical guitar, harmonium, drum, gong, flute, didgeridoo and much more will fill your heart with love and compassion.
This event invokes one to look within themselves and release attachments to suffering keeping them from actualizing their greatest potential. In this way, all expressions of creativity are nurtured and witnessed by the community which assists the planet in spiritual evolution and expansion.
Consisting of multitudes of co-expressive pieces of live music and visual art, WindSong Movement began as a song and grew into an intentional, performance-based collective which aims to amplify healing for the planet by eliminating inner oppression through expression. WindSong Movement serves as a call to action for volunteers to join it's monthly charity in Dallas which brings music, meditation and expressive arts to homeless children in DFW.
30% of WM proceeds benefit survivors of human trafficking in DFW. For more information please visit https://windsongmovement.org/

Wind Song (founder of WindSong Movement) is a musician & sound healer from Dallas, TX. Running from a troubled childhood, she left home at the age of 15 in search of herself. Through prayerful expressions of singing, drumming, playing harmonium, piano and guitar, she overcame life-threatening illness, sexual assault, drug addiction, homelessness & human trafficking.
Four years ago, after finding the support of a community of like-hearted souls in DFW, she began to share her story through song. It was then that she realized it was powerful healing, as it allowed listeners to feel and let go of their pain as she transformed her own.
Wind has since been described as "a true musician", "a window into Spirit", and it has been said that "a single verse from musicians such as herself can transform your entire life". She continues to share her songs in combination with years of mantric study in over 10 languages as medicine with the world in order to encourage others to go within to find their highest passion so that they may heal themselves and one day those around them.
In 2015 after a successful Indie Go-Go fundraiser for her upcoming album, Wind organized JUMPSTART, a non-profit project that introduces meditation & expressive healing arts to homeless children living in her community. A percentage of all WindSong art downloads are also donated towards survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.
