Hi, My name is Rebecca, I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and I want to help you to FEEL YOUR BEST both physically and mentally!
Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your strength, boost your energy levels, improve your self-esteem or even just need someone to get you up and motivated, I can help!
Research has proven that both exercise and massage can not only help boost your self confidence and mood, but can also reduce stress, anxiety and the risk of cardiovascular disease. It can improve circulation, quality of sleep and overall quality of life. Massage can also help to eliminate toxins from the body and increase muscle and joint performance and flexability.

I specialise in one-on-one training sessions, buddy and group personal training sessions as well as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage.
I offer a mobile service across the Perth Metro Area. I will travel to you, so that could mean training at your favourite public reserve or even in the comfort of your backyard or inside your home.
I provide functional training programs that are creative, energetic but most of all, lots of fun and with noticeable results.
As fitness goals differ from individual to individual, together, we can design a custom fitness regime as well as lots of helpful and healthy hints and tips to help you stay motivated and reach your fitness goals as soon as possible.
