At Forrester Boxing Gym, our aim is to teach you how to achieve your health and fitness goals by incorporating boxing skills and fitness training into your gym regimen. We will show you that regardless of age, fitness level or personal health and fitness goals, our boxing training classes can be used to improve all aspects and be enjoyed by anyone. Forrester Boxing Gym will give you the opportunity to participate in the sport of boxing at any level (beginner to advanced) in a safe and friendly environment.
