Are you suffering with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, anger or depression after past abuse or trauma. As your therapist, I would have the privilege of walking alongside you to help navigate past trauma as you move towards hope and more peace.
My specialties include EMDR trauma therapy for PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression & more. I work primarily with adults that have survived childhood abuse and blend a combination of approaches to best help my client's achieve their desired goals.
