Opis	IMAGINATION & INTEGRITY Since our founding in 1977, Hughes Group Architects has secured a national reputation for both the imagination required for innovative designs and the integrity needed for on-time, in budget project completions. Our projects are consistently distinguished, receiving design awards from the American Institute of Architects and other professional, civic and industry organizations at local, state and national levels. Our staff architects and administrative personnel are organized into project teams which remain consistent throughout the course of a project to ensure the accuracy and completeness of design determinants. Every project is reviewed by our entire staff on a regular basis to focus the energy of all staff members and apply the experience gained from each of our completed buildings to your project. We continually balance three objectives on all of our projects: • Cost Control vigilance must occur from initial design throughout construction and occupancy. • An Operational Perspective must penetrate all decision making to ensure functional, energy efficient and low maintenance facilities. • Quality Design must accurately reflect the desires of our clients and the cultural context of their built environment.
